Order Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that circumstances can change. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which means our cancellation window is very limited. Please read this policy carefully.

 

1. Cancellation Window

 

You may request a cancellation of your order only if it meets the following condition:

  • The cancellation request must be received within 6 hours of placing the order.

If the order has already moved to the "Processing," "Shipped," or "In Transit" stage, we are unable to fulfill the cancellation request.

 

2. How to Request a Cancellation

 

To cancel your order, you must immediately contact our Customer Service team:

We will check the real-time status of your order with our fulfillment partners and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

 

3. Cancellation Status & Refunds

 

  • Successful Cancellation (Within 6 Hours): If your order is successfully canceled before shipping:

    • COD Orders: The order will be immediately terminated, and no payment is due.

    • Prepaid Orders: A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Card, etc.). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Unsuccessful Cancellation (After 6 Hours / Shipped): If the order has already been shipped, we cannot retrieve it. You must then treat the transaction as a successful purchase. If you no longer want the product, you must follow the procedure outlined in our Returns Policy after the item has been delivered.
